To arrange your Tech-Air® service, please send the below information to our Tech-Air® Support Center
Please be sure to include the following information:
- Model: TechAir10, TechAir Off-Road, TechAir 7X, Race, TechAir Street, TechAir5, TechAir 3 System
- Chassis Number (begins with a C labeled inside the vest)
- Size
- Information regarding deployment (single deployment, double, etc)
- Photos of the front and back of your vest
Once we receive your information, we will respond in 24-48 hours (during business days) with a quote and instructions.
*Please Note: If you're making a Tech-Air® warranty claim, proof of purchase must be submitted.*
