Can I change the delivery address for my order once it has been shipped?Updated a month ago

Unfortunately, once an item is in transit, we’re unable to change the delivery address through our systems. We recommend contacting the courier service directly to see if they can update the address or redirect the package to a pickup location. If the item is returned to our warehouse due to an undeliverable address, we can discuss reshipping or issuing a refund once the product has been received back at our facility.
