How do I obtain an RA number for sending in my item for repair?Updated a month ago
If you need an RA (Return Authorization) number to send your item in for repair, our team is here to assist. Please include the following information in an email to [email protected]:
- Model, size and color information
- Information about where and when you purchased - in order to validate a warranty claim, proof of purchase must be submitted. If you purchased our gear through one of our authorized dealers, we will still be able to address your claim.
- Photos that will help us identify the problem and determine a course of action
Once our technicians receive your information, they will respond in 24-72 hours (during business days) with a quote and instructions. Please note all future correspondence will come directly from [email protected].
