• Model, size and color information
• Information about where and when you purchased - in order to validate a warranty claim, proof of purchase must be submitted. If you purchased our gear through one of our authorized dealers, we will still be able to address your claim. 
• Photos that will help us identify the problem and determine a course of action

Once we receive your information, we will respond in 24-48 hours (during business days).
